Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and account assistance
  • Process payments and manage service orders for customers
  • Assist customers with online account management and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience is required
  • Must have great attendance and computer navigation skills (minimum 35-40 WPM typing speed)
  • Open to working overtime, including nights and weekends during peak times
  • Must adhere to scheduled breaks and lunch hours
  • Must have a minimum broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
