Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and account assistance
- Process payments and manage service orders for customers
- Assist customers with online account management and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience is required
- Must have great attendance and computer navigation skills (minimum 35-40 WPM typing speed)
- Open to working overtime, including nights and weekends during peak times
- Must adhere to scheduled breaks and lunch hours
- Must have a minimum broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
