Job Summary

- Assist customers with online account management and service transitions
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience is required
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35-40 words per minute
- Flexible availability for varying production shifts and overtime as needed
- Must have a reliable broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Camera must be on during training and shifts
