Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and account assistance
  • Process payments and manage trouble and outage orders
  • Assist customers with online account management and service transitions
Required Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience is required
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35-40 words per minute
  • Flexible availability for varying production shifts and overtime as needed
  • Must have a reliable broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Camera must be on during training and shifts
