Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily call volume and provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
• Ensure customer needs are met through various communication channels
• Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role
• Ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on position specifications
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer usage
