Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally answers inbound calls from customers and accurately enters claim data
  • Guides customers through the process of filing a glass claim and assists with scheduling services
  • Provides solutions to customer complaints while enhancing the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas
  • Must be 16 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
  • Must have a personal computer or laptop with Windows 11 and a high-speed internet connection
  • Must have a distraction-free workspace and provide required equipment for remote work
