Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Fitness (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, providing information on fitness programs
• Records call information accurately and coordinates necessary member payments
• Participates in meetings and collaborates with other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
