Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their wireless accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
- Process orders and update customer accounts and records efficiently
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Must be available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts
- Must pass a background screening and be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in one of the specified states and have a suitable remote work environment
