Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, providing product knowledge and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Multitask effectively while handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
- Ability to manage up to 40 incoming calls per day while seated for extended periods
- Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Must reside in specific states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
