Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, providing product knowledge and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Multitask effectively while handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to manage up to 40 incoming calls per day while seated for extended periods
  • Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Must reside in specific states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
