Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I, Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing issues and account resolutions
- Provide timely and accurate account review, analysis, and resolution of inquiries, ensuring proper documentation
- Utilize Epic and other systems to gather information and resolve patient account issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Epic billing systems knowledge preferred
- 1-3 years relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Alternative work experience or training in lieu of experience may be considered
