Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I, Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing issues and account resolutions
  • Provide timely and accurate account review, analysis, and resolution of inquiries, ensuring proper documentation
  • Utilize Epic and other systems to gather information and resolve patient account issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Epic billing systems knowledge preferred
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Alternative work experience or training in lieu of experience may be considered
