Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

Required Qualifications

- Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, headset
- Preferred: Remote experience, healthcare experience, or bilingual (English/Spanish)
