Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

Required Qualifications

  • Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, headset
  • Preferred: Remote experience, healthcare experience, or bilingual (English/Spanish)
