Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in finding network dentists and understanding their eligibility and benefits
  • Resolve coordination of benefits inquiries and manage claims-related issues
  • Research and resolve inquiries through various communication channels while ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume customer service or call center environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to troubleshoot computer equipment
  • Must reside in PST timezone, Colorado, or Iowa
