Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in finding network dentists and understanding their eligibility and benefits
- Resolve coordination of benefits inquiries and manage claims-related issues
- Research and resolve inquiries through various communication channels while ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume customer service or call center environment
- At least 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to troubleshoot computer equipment
- Must reside in PST timezone, Colorado, or Iowa
