Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide information about payments and benefits to cardholders, assisting with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
  • Maintain knowledge of company and client programs while supporting team operations during peak times
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
  • Ability to complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
