Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians
  • Assist Member Care Representatives with clinical calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims adjudication system
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year college degree in a related field preferred
  • Two years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of claims processing and prior authorizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Required equipment includes a Windows 10/11 PC, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
