Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians
- Assist Member Care Representatives with clinical calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims adjudication system
Required Qualifications
- 2-year college degree in a related field preferred
- Two years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy experience is a plus
- Knowledge of claims processing and prior authorizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Required equipment includes a Windows 10/11 PC, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
