Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Research inquiries, provide resolutions, and document each interaction thoroughly
- Make outbound calls as needed to obtain additional information or resolve open issues
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
- 2 years of experience managing inbound/outbound calls and call queues
- Knowledge of claims processing is a plus
- Experience in remote work environments with strong technical aptitude
- High School Diploma or GED required
