Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
  • 2 years of experience managing inbound/outbound calls and call queues
  • Knowledge of claims processing is a plus
  • Experience in remote work environments with strong technical aptitude
  • High School Diploma or GED required
