Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls by researching and resolving inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss
  • Listen to customer concerns with empathy and provide effective solutions
  • Participate in special projects and adapt to new responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of work experience; a college degree with 0-1 year work experience is preferred
  • Ability to work remotely (with state exceptions)
  • Experience in a customer service role is advantageous
  • Willingness to participate in a robust training program lasting up to 90 days
