Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Fitness to provide support to members utilizing fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans while demonstrating knowledge of fitness products
• Records call information, answers questions, and coordinates necessary follow-up actions
• Participates in meetings and collaborates with other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
