Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily task handling requirements through various communication methods while adhering to SLAs
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and process prescription orders efficiently
• Conduct outbound calls to resolve customer cases and maintain productivity targets

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service operations
• Proficiency in the English language
• Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple programs
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to process a minimum of 8 cases per hour as a core agent
