- Research and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining documentation and records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment
- Entry-level role; prior experience in commercial insurance is a plus but not required
