Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Provide information about payments and benefits to cardholders and assist with inquiries
• Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company and client programs

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience required
• Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area are required
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is necessary
