A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Provide information about payments and benefits while assisting cardholders with inquiries
• Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company and client programs

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
• Must pass a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
