Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of company programs and support team operations during peak times

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
• Must complete background checks and comply with camera requirements
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications is required
