A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative - Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for order processing, shipping logistics, and customer service activities
• Coordinate inventory tracking and assist in resolving customer order issues
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service
• 3+ years of experience in Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with Order Fulfillment processes and inventory management
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is preferred
