Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, resolving concerns and fulfilling service requests
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems while adhering to corporate policies, including HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid programs and service eligibility
  • Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or telephone experience in a call center or similar environment preferred
  • General knowledge of eligibility verification and medical terminology is a plus
