Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, resolving concerns and fulfilling service requests
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve customer problems while adhering to corporate policies, including HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid programs and service eligibility
- Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of customer service and/or telephone experience in a call center or similar environment preferred
- General knowledge of eligibility verification and medical terminology is a plus
