Job Summary
A company is looking for a PFS Customer Service Representative PBO.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls to assist patients and resolve billing and payment issues
- Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
- Reconcile accounts and pursue payment balances while ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Healthcare Finance or Revenue Cycle
- Strong knowledge of insurance plans, deductibles, and co-insurances
- Proficiency in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
