Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Customer Service Representative PBO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls to assist patients and resolve billing and payment issues
  • Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
  • Reconcile accounts and pursue payment balances while ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Healthcare Finance or Revenue Cycle
  • Strong knowledge of insurance plans, deductibles, and co-insurances
  • Proficiency in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
