Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Takes inbound customer service calls and provides first call resolution for returns, order tracking, and order issues
- Supports Technical Sales Representatives by obtaining pricing, preparing quotes, and managing sales documentation
- Resolves customer service issues and manages sales data analysis and literature requests
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience in the security and/or door hardware industry required
- Experience with CRM systems strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary business technology platforms
