Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Takes inbound customer service calls and provides first call resolution for returns, order tracking, and order issues
  • Supports Technical Sales Representatives by obtaining pricing, preparing quotes, and managing sales documentation
  • Resolves customer service issues and manages sales data analysis and literature requests
Required Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience in the security and/or door hardware industry required
  • Experience with CRM systems strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary business technology platforms
