Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and veterans to gather required information
• Research and evaluate medical claims and benefits for proper adjudication
• Document call activity and make requests for corrective action into VA systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 or more years' experience in customer service
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
• Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
• Successful completion of pre-employment tests with required cumulative scores
