Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote Evergreen).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily call volume and ensure service level priorities are met
• Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required
• Ability to sit for 90% of the workday
