Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls for field technicians based on priority and location
• Create and route service tickets to various service agencies
• Act as a liaison between clients and field technicians, responding to service order requests

Required Qualifications

• Dispatch and/or call center experience preferred
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
• Flexibility to adapt to procedural or organizational changes
