Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Fitness (Remote) to provide customer service to members utilizing fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans while demonstrating knowledge of fitness products and programs
  • Records call information, answers member questions, and coordinates necessary information for follow-up
  • Participates in team meetings and performs additional duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
