Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
  • Document call details in the system and provide excellent service

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID
  • Ability to pass a VA government background check
  • Preferred 1 year of call center experience
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
  • Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
