Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Process orders, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of direct customer service or account management experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
