Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a range of client inquiries regarding insurance products
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting departmental goals for attendance, quality, and productivity
• Participate in and complete training to stay updated on operational policies and product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial markets
• Ability to navigate multiple administrative systems and multitask effectively
