Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service or Call Center
• Ability to pass a background check and meet internet service requirements
• Must have a dedicated work area and the necessary equipment for remote work
