A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
• Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications and submit research requests accurately
• Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology while adhering to confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm
