Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Process orders and update customer accounts and records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
- Available for 12 weeks of paid training with flexible scheduling for 8-hour shifts
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Must reside in specific states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
