Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote position at $16/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
• Offer Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns and support technicians with incoming calls

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
• Ability to type 35 wpm preferred
