• Maintain professionalism while answering and placing calls, focusing on first call resolution

Required Qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Typing speed of 45 WPM
• Bilingual a plus
