Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries and document records accurately
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
• Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and prioritize work effectively
