Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
- Process orders and update customer accounts and records efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center
- Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and pass a background screening
- Must reside in specific states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace for remote work
