Key Responsibilities

• Responds to calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, providing accurate information and assistance
• Records call information and coordinates necessary follow-up actions, ensuring timely responses
• Participates in meetings to discuss departmental issues and foster teamwork

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
