Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer purchase orders and handle inquiries, issues, and communications with customers and suppliers
  • Research and resolve customer issues while expediting orders and managing returns
  • Maintain performance metrics and seek opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-year consecutive call/contact center experience
  • CRM experience preferred, such as Salesforce or C4C
  • Experience managing high-value clients is a plus
  • Familiarity with KPI and metrics is required
