Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders and handle inquiries, issues, and communications with customers and suppliers
- Research and resolve customer issues while expediting orders and managing returns
- Maintain performance metrics and seek opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year consecutive call/contact center experience
- CRM experience preferred, such as Salesforce or C4C
- Experience managing high-value clients is a plus
- Familiarity with KPI and metrics is required
