Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers, veterans, and beneficiaries to assist with healthcare inquiries
  • Research and evaluate medical claims and benefits for proper adjudication
  • Document call activity and request corrective actions in VA systems while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 or more years' experience in customer service
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
  • Successful completion of pre-employment tests with required scores
