• Assist customers with their questions and concerns using provided scripts and systems
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs while maintaining quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Experience with insurance claims or insurance companies is a significant plus
• Proficient in English and French (written and spoken)
• Comfortable using various computer systems and platforms
• Legal work authorization in Canada and resident of the Greater Montreal area
