Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the part-time Remote Member Service Representative will assist internal and external customers by obtaining vehicle releases and performing various office support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the release of vehicles from body shops and residences while ensuring a unique customer service experience
• Answer and place calls professionally, focusing on call resolution and utilizing company resources to meet customer needs
• Potentially expand support to include chat and email communication, while maintaining high call quality standards

Required qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
