Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist Copart Members with inquiries and support throughout their membership, focusing on inbound phone interactions and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver inbound phone support to Copart Members, addressing their needs and providing solutions
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and ensure first-call resolution for customer inquiries
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions while meeting call quality and productivity metrics
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Bilingual in Russian, Arabic, or Farsi (Persian) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills, including a typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer service attitude
