Job Summary

Handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, analyze payment histories, and communicate account statuses during operational hours of Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM CST.

Key responsibilities
  • Review customer contracts and provide information regarding account statuses and optional products
  • Assist customers with payment processing, extensions, and deferrals while maintaining accurate records of interactions
  • Recommend appropriate solutions based on account analysis and ensure effective communication with customers
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to perform manual calculations and handle multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent internet connectivity with hardwired access
