Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and account assistance while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls related to billing inquiries, service disconnections, and payment arrangements
  • Process trouble and outage orders, as well as assist customers with online account management
  • Adhere to scheduled breaks and be available for overtime during peak service periods, including storms
Required qualifications
  • Prior call center experience is required
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35-40 words per minute
  • Must have a hard-wired broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
  • Open to working overtime, including nights and weekends, as needed
  • Strong multitasking skills and great attendance are essential
