Job Summary
To support a growing customer service team, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account assistance while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, service disconnections, and payment processing
- Assist customers with account management and service requests, including move-in/out services
- Navigate computer systems efficiently to manage customer interactions and data entry
Required qualifications
- Prior call center experience is mandatory
- Must type a minimum of 35-40 words per minute
- Ability to maintain great attendance and flexibility with varying production shifts
- Access to a reliable broadband internet connection with specified speed requirements
- Comfortable with camera usage during training and work shifts
