Key responsibilities
  • Offer solutions to members by understanding their needs and Copart practices
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, focusing on first-call resolution and maintaining call quality
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and assist customers throughout their membership lifespan
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
