Key responsibilities
- Offer solutions to members by understanding their needs and Copart practices
- Handle inbound calls professionally, focusing on first-call resolution and maintaining call quality
- Utilize company resources to gather information and assist customers throughout their membership lifespan
Required qualifications
- High School diploma
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Bilingual skills are a plus
