Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, ensure accurate documentation in client systems, and provide detailed account explanations while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts
• Document and input account information accurately into the client system
• Discuss additional product and service offerings with customers during qualified calls

Required qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a call center environment preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
