Job Summary
To support customer inquiries, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for utility service questions, providing exceptional service and solutions while working in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests
- Address customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, and payment assistance
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions during shifts
- Proficiency in operating multiple computer windows and tabs simultaneously
- Strong attendance record to meet customer needs
