Job Summary

To support customer inquiries, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for utility service questions, providing exceptional service and solutions while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests
  • Address customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, and payment assistance
  • Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications

  • Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions during shifts
  • Proficiency in operating multiple computer windows and tabs simultaneously
  • Strong attendance record to meet customer needs
